Mint Chocolate Green Pancakes

Here's a simple and fun recipe for you to try for Saint Patrick's Day!


Wondering what makes them green? It's..... SPINACH! Wohoo! So not only are these fun for adults and kids alike, they have some added nutrients for you this Saint Patty's breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner.


Step one: blend all your wet ingredients and spinach.

Step two: Add flour and baking powder into a bowl.

Step 3: Add wet into dry ingredients and mix well. Add in 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.

Step 4: Fry em up (with PAM spray and not oil of course)!

Step 5: Nom Nom NOM
