Our Sessions Include

Our first session is a one-hour comprehensive assessment where we’ll explore your eating habits, health goals, and the challenges you’re facing. This gives me a clear understanding of your starting point and what matters most to you.

Together, we’ll take a holistic look at your health — not just your diet — to uncover what’s holding you back and create a personalized plan that fits your life.

You’ll leave with a clear, step-by-step roadmap to help you manage symptoms, build sustainable habits, and nourish your body in a way that feels good.

I believe small, consistent changes lead to meaningful results. It’s often through challenges that we grow!

I’ll support you every step of the way as you take charge of your health and create a vibrant, balanced life you truly enjoy.

My Philosophy

Nutrition is about so much more than meeting your macros. It's about eating a balance of both macronutrients, micronutrients, and phytonutrients.

It's about balancing what's good for your budget with what's good for your schedule and wallet.

Nutrition is often overcomplicated, but I like to strip it down to some very simple principles, such as this one I've adapted from Michael Pollan:

Eat Food. Not too much. Lots of plants.

No matter what type of diet you follow, I can work with you to maximize your diet, to not only meet your physical needs, but your need for fun and enjoyment, and saving money on groceries!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I claim you under my insurance?

Yes, I am claimable as a registered dietitian/ nutritionist or under a health spending account.

How much does it cost?

My base rate is $150 per hour and $75. Package pricing varies from $120- 140 for hours and $60-70 for half hours.

Do I have to decide on a package before booking?

No. We will discuss package options at the end of the 1st session.

Do you direct bill?

At this point, I only direct bill with Alberta Blue Cross.

When do you charge for the session?

At the conclusion of the session.

Can you work with multiple members of the family?

Yes, I'm happy to work directly with any member of the family interested in nutrition services, and packages can be shared between family members.

Do you make custom meal plans?

Yes, I can work directly with you to develop a meal plan that suits your taste buds, wallet, and schedule.

Why work with a registered dietitian over another type of nutritionist?

RD's spend a minimum of 4 years studying nutrition, and some, like myself, opt to study it at the Master's level. With 7 years of nutrition education, and a robust practicum, nutritionists really are the experts on the subject. We blend that scientific knowledge with a counseling that helps you ensure your habits aren't just temporary changes, but sustainable, long-term changes.
